BASIC PURPOSE:Contribute to the success of Magnet Commerce, the flagship product of Siteowners.com, by utilizing his expertise to develop robust systems and devise solutions to prevent possible problems.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: |

1)Administer all aspects of Siteowners.com Web and Application servers: Ensure maximum uptime, performance and security.
2)Troubleshoot problems with networks, web services, mail services and overall aspects of Magnet Commerce ASP solution.
3)Design and implement MS SQL database tables, queries, triggers and stored procedures.
4)Develop web application user interfaces for new and existing features of Magnet Commerce which integrate with various server-side components, back-end systems and third party solutions.
5)Offer high level technical support to clients.

REQUIREMENTS: |

1)Willing to work in a start-up company environment with clear understanding of the benefits and drawbacks of this choice. The candidate should be rather a generalist than a specialist, who can juggle multiple tasks and likes to take risks as well as initiatives. Each member of Siteowners Team is prescribed to the “work hard, play hard” philosophy and shares the core values of outstanding work ethics, integrity, and honesty combined with a passion for customers and what technology can do for them.
2)2-3 years experience in Systems Administration
3)Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2003, MS SQL Server 2000 and IIS 6.0.
4)Working knowledge of ASP.NET using C# with demonstrated experience developing ecommerce applications.
5)Ability to create detailed application user interface specification from high-level user requirements.
6)Additional consideration will be given to applicants with: experience in a similar company, technical writing skills and proven analysis skills with attention to detail and quality.

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Willing to work in a start-up company environment with clear understanding of the benefits and drawbacks of this choice. The candidate should be rather a generalist than a specialist, who can juggle multiple tasks and likes to take risks as well as initiatives. 2) Excellent use of English language (oral and written). 95% of all communication is in English. Number of years lived in English speaking countries is a plus.
3) Availability to work afternoon shifts (until 23:00).
4) The ideal candidate must enjoy working with customers and have excellent communication skills. Should also have the ability to learn quickly and master all information regarding ecommerce software, shopping carts, merchant accounts, domain names, web hosting, search engine optimization and graphic design services.
5) Additional consideration will be given to applicants with: experience in a customer service position dealing directly with b2b customers, experience in the internet software / services industry and knowledge of HTML.
